Noticed at 6 a.m.

Area in decline
The police, less than a week later and armed with search warrants, found some explosives in the home of the man who was shot, as well as materials for making detonators. The victim of that crime, Johnny Coutu, died of his injuries at the end of July.
The owners of some local businesses maintain prostitutes now ply their trade in the area, especially at night, and they often do so in local parking lots. Several streets in the neighbourhood were closed off on Monday as police conducted their investigation.
