Mr. Luigi Giordano is owner and Chef of the Palmo Restaurant in Ste-Dorothée, in the Federal riding of Laval-Les Îles.
On the 17 of March 2009, the Professional Association of Italian Cooks, in Italy awarded Mr. Giordano “Master of Kitchen”a prestigious National Prize of professional merit.The Association also presented him with the Stelle della Ristorazione,Trophy of Honour.
