A criminal fire at 3361 Dagenais Blvd. W. was started in a pile of wood of cardboard, behind a butcher shop. The fire was started on March 23, around 9pm, in covered area at the back of the butcher. The roof of this area was damaged, and some flames entered the building before the fire was extinguished, which resulted in all of the store's meat being spoiled. The damage is estimated to be $50,000. Police are continuing an investigation and anyone with information can call police at 450-662-4636.
